The check-in was quick, and the staff was very helpful to our needs.

The bathroom ceiling was leaking with an uncomfortable atmosphere .

The place was fairly clean and top quality, had attentive staff upon request of staff. The restaurant was very nice for a Fil buffet at an affordable price, we ordered delicious dishes. Incredible and wonderful location, it was near an underground station. Spent here 1 good day and will come back.

They offer splendid, newly renovated rooms with Mini Bar, medium size bathroom plus a king size bed. It offers excellent services.

Their breakfast is very poor, can be way much better.

Can recommend for a fleeting pause

Comfortable room, spacious room, with free parking and helpful staff who ensured I enjoyed my stay and made it easy to explore the area conveniently, being just 600 metres from Al Rigga.

The breakfast was not varied enough, the quality varied too much, we often alternated between good and not so good.

Very clean swimming pool and decent location not far from Deira and the airport. Also, easy to get to Al Ghurair Center.

The front desk staff were pleasant.

I was disappointed with the poor condition of the hotel. The bathroom in my first room had rust on the ceiling, quite alarming. The electrical issues were very frustrating, as the sockets would not work consistently unless the lights were on.

Transportation problem because a lot of taxis were making several turns before dropping us off.

Consider asking for an upgrade upon arrival. The staff may surprise you with a complimentary room upgrade.

Had real good stay for 1 night. The venue was in a very central location very close to one big mall as well as al ghurair centre. It was in a quiet street...

Indoor guide service

The reception gave us a rate for breakfast and once we arrived at the restaurant on site, we were given another rate. It was not pleasant this situation

The swimming pool provided a perfect spot for relaxation after long days, and the spacious room. The bathroom had persistent foul odors, requiring a room change that wasted significant time. The check-out process was also disappointing, as the request for a late check-out was met with reluctance. The gourmet sandwiches offered at the restaurant were good, complementing the overall experience.

The noise of the construction site next to the hotel...

The food wasn't really varied, always cold... The towels are worn out, need changing, the doors are not soundproof... The TV's too old and there aren't enough channels to watch.
